   I have already answered this on BBC The legring means….south australian bred, hatched 2008 and the breeders code is ROB Budgie number 083 Has nothing to do with the sex of the chick because the legrings go on at age 6 days or so, and noone can be certain of the sex at that point. The colour of the legring has to do with the year of hatching. Cheers Kaz

   I do similar things (I count things…like tiles on floors and bricks on walls). I think it’s more of a sign of intelligence than it is of a “mental disorder”…that is as long as it does not consume your every waking thought. You’re just one of those people who see relationships in things where others don’t, or can’t. Revel in it.In the realm of psychological disorders, we all have “tendancies”. But the difference between having a full-blown psych problem and just having some quirky aspects of a psych disorder lie in how well a person functions otherwise. Do I sit and count stuff all the time? No. Do I do it when I’m bored? Sometimes. Do I do it when I’m sitting in a bathroom stall and have nothing better to do? Yep.There really is not such a thing as “normalcy”. Who’s to say what “normal” is anyway? Is what you do considered a little OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)? Perhaps…but anyone can have little OCD aspects and still be considered as “Normal” by the psychiatric community.Thinking differently is not a curse, it’s a gift.Edited to add: I also find causal relationships in number groupings and sequences (like phone #s, account #s, PINs, etc.)…like the other answerer stated, it helps me remember numeric information through associations.

   They have no meaning to us, really.All privately owned passenger vehicles have license plates with 1 number, 3 letters, and 3 numbers. They are issued sequentially, but throughout the state.Private trucks usually have 1 number, 1 letter, then 5 numbers.

   Those numbers are for security. One way to attack a web site is to write a program that starts sending thousand of emails or comments over a site every second. This can overload the system and cause the entire site to crash. If the site is host on a server with dozens of others sites (most are) it can also take down those other sites.So to prevent such attacks, it requires that you manual enter those numbers. They are blurry so that someone can not use a scanner to read and automate the process of entering the numbers.It is a pain, but it is the best solution so far to keep people from taking down web sites through what is called a “denial of service” attack.

   London, England, is most notable for using the first three letters, then the last four digits. New York, USA, was the first American location to use so-called “2-5 numbers” or 2L-5D, two letters and five digits. This became the North American standard as customer-dialled long distance service (Direct Distance Dialing) came into use through the 1950s.As demand for phone service grew, the supply of assignable phone numbers began to dwindle, and several North American area codes were split to enable reuse of numbers. As the growth accelerated, the decision was made to switch to All-Number Calling (ANC), since there were several unpronounceable letter combinations that were not being used. This allowed more efficient use of the number supply; only two area code splits were necessary between 1962 and 1981. All-Number Calling was phased in slowly from 1958. Most areas had adopted it fully by the late 1960s, though it did not become universal until the 1980s.The standard format for displaying telephone numbers that used exchange names was to capitalize the first few letters if they were dialed, e.g.,MUrray Hill 5-9975 (one of the Ricardos’ numbers on I Love Lucy – note that the H in Hill, although not dialed, is still capitalized)

   Hello hagopovski, I have seen this problem may times. If your computer is a laptop the number pad feature may have accidentally been turned on maybe by your friend when logged in using Team Viewer. Each laptop is different but to turn this feature on or off you normally hold down the FN key and then press one of the Function keys. There should be a number pad symbol on the proper Function Key to press. The most common Function Keys to press are F5, F6 & F8.
