   First and foremost, there is naturally a good reason for free ads or classifieds sites asking for payment or even a reciprocal link back to their site. Call it a win win business. They need a payment to keep their site running. The sites mentioned here and out there do give you an opportunity to post free ads but be aware that it might come with limitations as you explore them. Worthwhile to pay for an ads placement if there is lot of web traffic there. Having said that, there are of course some really good sites that recommend a listing to post free ads or hosting a place for free ads.    Go to the top left under Community- there is a section labeled Pets.eta- I agree with the other answers, usually its not best to give them away for entirely free. It helps keep away some of the weirder/more neglectful people if you charge a small fee? Petfinder might be better, didn’t know individuals could post pets on there. Its mostly shelters listing pets so it may be a better option if you are allowed to post there.

   most newspapers it is not. the best thing to do is call your local paper and find out what they charge. for my local paper it is 10 cents a word. yours may be different

   It’s not adoption, it’s selling or re-homing. Anyways, websites like http://www.petfinder.com http://www.usedeverywhere.com http://www.kijiji.ca http://www.craigslist.com and your local newspaper/buy sell and trade. I suggest a breed rescue or a ‘no kill’ shelter.Be careful as someone already said, people will get your dogs to hurt them if they are free or cheap. Screen potential homes.

    Most in the EU provide free post school education for their own citizens (who are resident) and those of other EU countries.Scotland also provides free tuition, but the rest of the UK does not.I hope you have a good claim to the citizenship of one of the countries in the EU, because you cannot just apply for it and get it!By the way you also have to be resident in the country first, for a qualifying period to get your fees free. Citizenship is not enough
