This Disney Cinderella was exactly like they said it was. You won’t regret it. Disney Cinderella is awesome.

How do guys feel about Disney princess- or Cinderella-themed weddings?
I seriously doubt I could have Disney Cinderella sold my husband on the idea of being Prince Charming for a day. Just curious as to what other guys think.Oops, I see a clarification is needed: what do MEN feel about these types of weddings.

My boyfriend worked at Cedar Point when he was 17 years old for one summer and it was his favorite job EVER. He talks about it ALL the time and it’s a great conversation starter. He even gets job opportunities NOW because when he goes in for interviews, the interviewees usually ask him all about his experience with working at a theme park. I think it would definatly benefit you and you would enjoy yourself!

haven’t read a play. these differences are between Disney’s Cinderella and the original Grimm’s fairy tale.in the Grimm’s fairy tale, the stepsisters each cut off their heel and toe to try to fit into the glass slipper at the end, and in the end they were striken blind as “punishment for their wickedness”.there weren’t any mice friends. the father didn’t actually die. he was there and let the stepmother treat Cinderella like crap. there wasn’t a fairy godmother in the book. Cinderella asked her father to bring home a branch. She planted the branch over her mother’s grave and watered it with her tears. Two birds would perch on the branch and bring her whatever she asked for. that’s how she gets the dress, etc. Cinderella met the prince on three different nights of balls(rather than just one) and ran away at the end of each night. The Stepmother put down pitch on the ground during the last night, and that’s how she lost the shoe.

If you are interested, then you should contact Disney’s HR dept. Honestly, though, I don’t think they hire their characters on a summer basis, especially their main attractions. Also, you assume that the Cinderella who signs is not the same one who performs in the dance/performance portions.Perhaps you could work as a character at one of the resorts with Character activities.

Could it be “If the Shoe Fits?” It’s a retelling of the cinderella story and it’s from 1990

Probably about what you paid for it. Dolls are valued by their age, their collectibility, and their condition. Dolls aren’t considered antiques until they approach 100 years old. Collectibility depends on how rare the doll is; if thousands were made the value decreases. Dolls in their original packaging are worth more than dolls without it.You can check on Ebay for dolls similar to yours to get an approximate value.

when they go back in the vault I’m pretty sure you can still rent them, you just can’t buy them… of course that vault wouldn’t be too good then huh? haha

Cinderlla’s parents are killed for failing to pay taxes. Her wicked step-mother “adopts” Cinderella, but she’s basically a house-slave. When not working, she is chained in the basement where she gets dementia and starts singing to the rats. The step-mother has 3 repulsive daughters and everyone pretends they’re not. Cinderella on the other hand is very attractive, but nobody notices until she gets to the ball. One day there’s a ball, and Cinderella really wants to go but she can’t. The step-mom takes her daughters, but Cinderella gets lucky and a magic God-Mother turns the rats into horses, a pumpkin into a carriage. She also lends Cinderella a nice dress.Cinderella goes, meets Prince Charming, falls in love, and has to leave because the spell breaks at midnight. She drops a crystal shoe, and the Prince finds her this way because only one person in the whole land has her size foot. They live happily ever after and her step-sisters are executed.

OK…by the answer before me, I’m not old enough to get married…lmao. Whatever. I’m having a Cinderella themed wedding. And yes, I’m also an “older” bride…I’ll be 30 next summer when my fiance and I tie the knot. I love the idea of it (obviously…lol)! I’m doing it more the castle theme though. The only Cinderella items I’m actually having period are my “glass slipper” shoes (shown here… http://www.bridalonlinestore.com/Collection/product-page.asp?q=Shoes&SKU=418 ) and my unity candle (shown here…http://bridalshop.freeservers.com/CINunity.html with royal blue ribbon instead of the navy in the big picture). Everything else is the castles (invitations, flowergirl basket/ringbearer pillows, cake, etc.)*ADD* SORRY!! I thought your question said “you guys” lol. My guy is totally cool with it. The only thing he put his foot down on was no pink vests for the guys (fine by me! i hate the color) and no prince charming costume for him (too cheap looking anyway, and I’d prefer him in a tux). If I gave him those 2 demands, the only other things he wanted were to plan the rehearsal dinner and to be in charge of the beer/booze for the reception.

I had dinner at The Royal Table in Cinderellas Castle for my birthday. My bf arranged it.He just made a reservation. They brought a cake out to me and sang Happy Birthday. They also gave me a certificate that says I had a magical birthday celebration. On the way into the restaurant you can also have your picture taken with Cinderella and they bring to pics to your table to buy them. You cannot stay in the suite though you have to win that.

there are always several people portraying any particular character and any given time in different locations. most likely it will NOT be the same person that he saw last time BUT all of the face characters have to look very similar to the character they are portraying and have to have the same tone of voice so your child will most likely not be able to tell its not the same person. heck on several occasions i’ve seen the same character at different parks on the same day and i couldn’t tell the difference. it was like i was seeing the same person i saw earlier.

At this point you still are not able to stay in the castle, it is part of the Year of a Million Dreams giveaway. One family per night is chosen to stay there. Most people think that after the celebration is over you will have the opportunity to pay to stay there. Whether or not it will happen, I don’t know, it will be very hard to get one room at Disney though. As for pricing though, with Disney they do not offer special prices for staying longer, on the resorts. They do however discount the tickets as you get the longer passes, it really helps to average down the cost of the pass per day. They do not offer discounts for dining if you are staying onsite. But, they do offer the dining plan, which is only for onsite guests. It is a great plan, very affordable and can save you about 40% on the dining at Disney. So, while you cannot get a discount one reservation at a time, if you are willing to pay for dining ahead of time, you can save quite a bit of money. Disney is one of the best companies when it comes to service. No matter where you stay with Disney, you can expect great service. Cinderella’s Royal Table is the restaurant in the castle. It is a character mea and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Currently the price for breakfast is:Adults $31.99Children 3-9 $21.99The price will be going up on November 11 of this year, the price will then be:Adults $32.99Children (3-9) $22.99Lunch is currently:Adults $33.99Children (3-9) $22.99The price will be going up to:Adults $35.99Children (3-9) $23.99The price for dinner is currently: Adults: $39.99Children (3-9): $24.99The price will be going up to:Adults: $40.99Children (3-9): $25.99The holiday meals cost more, the dates for that is November 18-24 and December 16 to January 5. The meals are only $3 to $5 higher.

You are thinking of the original version of Cinderella which would be one of Grimm’s fairy tales. I would try a collection of Grimm’s stories and you will find some very interesting differences than Disney versions! However, as Pocahontas was a real person I would read a biography if you care to know what her life was really like. A short one is here or check out your library or book store for a book about her. Hope that helps!

I don’t think it’s too childish at all! In fact, I think it’s a great idea.My husband and I dined there on our honeymoon, and we’re in our 20′s! They restaurant went really out of their way to make our experience special. We got a window seat that was decorated with balloons & confetti. I think they have people of all ages celebrate there, and they make it extra magical for you. Just make sure you make reservations 90 days in advance since it’s a tough place to get into. Also, when you make your reservations, make sure they know you’re celebrating.I hope you give it a shot, it’s a lot of fun! Happy Birthday!Disney Dining: 1-407-WDW-DINE
