Do you have a Hobby Lobby around where you live. I know for sure that they have honey moon and wedding stickers. They have TONS! Hope you find some!If all else fails, maybe try online.

Jolee’s by You has birds. There are a ton of die cuts for birds by Sizzix, Cuttlebug, and Quickutz. But you need a die cut machine for them. Also try looking for chip board in birds. You would have to ink or paint it. check out the sites below

bring it to staples or somewhere that does color photo copies, and give it a shot. I’m sure you can find someplace that has high quality copies and then you will have your own.

You may include the following :If you are doing a wedding album: – an original wedding invitation – the business card where you purchased the wedding cake, the flowers or that beautiful wedding dress – add the original receipts from the reception, to show how much it costs back then. – add a stamp that was used to mail the wedding invitation, to look back and say stamps were only 44 cents ! – many couples order their paper napkins with their initials on it and with a love symbol, keep one and add to your page where you show guests eating at the reception. If you are doing a baby’s album: – ultra-sounds pictures- put water-proof paint on their little hands and feet and press them on your page. Write down how old they were- add a business card from their pediatrician and take a picture with their Doctor- add their birthday invitations- add special birthday cards from mom & dad, Grandma & Grandma, or other special people- when baby gets haircuts, keep some hair and add it to your pageIf you are doing a kids album:- add their report cards- add special awards or certificates- keep their entrance stubs from Disneyland or Sea World- keep the brochures from shows or plays- add their art work from school. If the project is bigger than 12 x 12, scan it so it’ll fit on your pageI hope this lists gives you ideas what you can add to make your album unique and very special. Good luck.

I don’t believe you’re doing anything “wrong”.If one half is slotted and the other half isn’t, use pliers on one side and a suitable screwdriver on the other. If neither side has a slot, get out two pairs of pliers and use one to hold one half and the other to twist the other half. If you don’t have two pairs of pliers, think about getting another pair. Until then, try holding the send half still with duct tape or even chewing gum.Good luck. It’s not your fault if the item is poorly-designed.

Do you ever write real ‘snail mail’ letters to friends? Those are great stickers for both the letter and the envelope … and I may order some for myself. I’m 58, but have some snail mail pen pals who will love them on my correspondence!

Fill up a sheet of copy paper with as many sayings ( leaving a border all the way around ) that you can fit. Make a copy of this on a sheet of vellum paper. Now apply this paper to a sheet of archival adhesive paper which you can get in a craft store. As another answerer mentioned, a Xyron machine is wonderful for this. Run the whole sheet through. Once the adhesive is applied, you can cut out the saying you want to use. You simply peel off the paper backing. This machine might seem expensive in the beginning but if you do a lot of scrap booking, it’s worth the investment. Look for it to go on sale at Michale’s or A.C.Moores or use their 40% off coupon. You can apply the adhesive to anything you want, from ribbons to photographs.

    1. Google scrapbook sketches. It will give you a lot of layout ideas.2. Color blocking. Large areas of color, arranged pleasingly as a background.3. Use better paper. Construction paper degrades and fades very quickly.4. Invest in a few sheets of patterned paper or a scrapbook page kit. They even have them at walmart now, and a little zip with patterns adds SOOOO much variety. A little goes a long way too, so you really don’t need a lot. ( I did an entire 24 page, 8 1/2 x 11 travel album with one 6 page page kit and solid papers.)5. Google ‘free scrapbook classes’ for a basics class in page layout and design. It will be time well invested.6. Have a GOOD time with it. If it becomes a burden, you won’t want to finish it.

Homemade sticker adhesive recipeSticker Adhesive· 1 packet (1/4 ounce) unflavored gelatin· 1 tablespoon cold water· 3 tablespoons boiling water· 1/2 teaspoon sugar or corn syrup· 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract (or flavor of choice)Paint brushSprinkle gelatin into cold water and soften for 5 minutes. Pour boiling water in gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add corn syrup or sugar and extract. Mix well. Thinly apply a layer of adhesive to the back of the sticker sheet. Allow to dry completely. Page will curl so place under a heavy object like a phone book until it flattens out.Using sharp scissors cut stickers apart.Any leftover adhesive will gel overnight. To return to original state, store in glass container. Place container in a pan of hot water unti the glue becomes usable again. Unused adhesive can be refrigerated for several months.

Jolee’s Boutique makes some….here are some links

That is a very nice thing that you are doing, and the fact that you want it to last is even better. I scrapbook all the time and have found that cheap isnt always bad, but you need to make sure that the stickers are acid/lingin free. This means that there are not acids in the stickers that could ruin the pictures or papers. I use Mrs. Grossmans alot, and if you do a search on the net, you can find places where you can order stickers, and get ones and twos and not hve to buy the whole roll. Also check out scrapbooking places like Michaels ( a craft store) or Creative Memories they can help you out, and I know with Creative Memories you can hve a scrapbook “party” and the consultant will give you some great information. Good Luck

They make these large things that are like page protectors that are divided up with little and big pockets (kind of like base ball card pockets or coin collector things). The link below is to something different but is sure looks interesting… if you have all the money and space you could want…http://store.scrapbook.com/si-1-001.htmlThis is interesting but didn’t get good reviews… they said it was just too big.http://store.scrapbook.com/ppr-pp01-fscd.htmlThis is a “sticker envelop” but it is still different from what I have:http://store.scrapbook.com/ch-cnse.htmlSorry I couldn’t find what I have… but it is one of many options. I got theme years ago at either Micheal’s or Hobby Lobby if that helps any.And here is a link for some storage things just to make you drool! :) http://wiki.bhgscrapbooksetc.com/page/What’s+your+best+scrapbook+storage+solution%3F?t=anon

I used a bunch of stickers from the “Sightseeing Canada” sticker pack from Creative Memories. I also color-copied a bunch of the brochures and maps we collected along the way and used those for backgrounds and embellishments.
