You can pretty much get them at any of the Disney hat stores on the lot. When you get there just ask the nearest cast member where the closest hat shop is and they will tell you exactly where to go.

You need to ask this question to a kindergarton class. I think you would probably get better answers from them than what you will get from the people on Yahoo that will answer it.

First you do not need admission on children under 3 years old so she would not need a ticket anyways. The only place outside of WDW or Disneyland would be one of the Disney on Ice shows. You would have to check something like TicketMaster to see when they are comming to your area.If you mean elsewhere on the Walt Disney World Property, then yes there are a few that are not in a Theme Park. However, it would only be the Character Meals that can be almost as much as a 1 day ticket. There is Chef Mickey’s Buffet in the Contemporary Resort, Mickey’s Backyard BBQ at Ft. Wilderness, and the Lilo and Stich Breakfast at the Polyneasian. I am not sure if the BBQ is still being done, but I am fairly sure about the other two.

Use heavy cardboard that’s wrapped in black fabric (velvet, glittery fabric, a polka dot bow for Minnie… any embellishment is ok), and cut in same sized circles for the ears (cookie cutters or round lids help to get the perfect circle). Then use crazy glue or a hot glue gun to attach.

Those names are HORRIBLE. DO NOT name your child that. They will be made fun of unmercifully. If you want to name your child after a rat why not Algernon? Or Ratitoulle? Ridculous.

One *cheap* idea is to go to a college in your area (if there is one I guess) and/or email a sculpture professor and let them know that you are looking to have a student sculptor design your cake topper. They can do it as a class project using the materials that they already paid for with their fees, you get a very cheap but excellent quality topper, AND it’s something they can put in their portfolio. People email my art teachers all the time with odd jobs they would like students to do. We love it because as art students it’s really hard to build a portfolio sometimes.

If you go to Barnes & Noble or Borders, they usually have a couple of Disney Collectible Books in the Collecting Section. Just sit and read. They will have more information than anything on line. They may also have addresses of Disney Collecting groups.
