They were little rhinestones, etc that you can glue on the phone.If you go to a fabric or craft store, They’ll be able to set you up with all sorts of little glueable decorations AND they can show you a glue that won’t hurt the plastic on you phone.

Thats easy get you some woolite, mix with water in a spray bottle, just score the paper a little so the liquid will get underneath, wait a few minutes and it will peel off. I know this works for I helped remodel a complete motel, it was the easiest paper work I ever did.
