I'm feeling really down about Soft Spoken being shy and soft-spoken and always feel out of place because of the two. I know it's my personality but...is there anything positive about being soft-spoken and shy?

Simply it’s about thinking before you talk.You construct the sentence in your head, and evaluate it before speaking it.That can cause a certain.. lag, in your speech, which might be acceptable (it is in most formal settings), but it has the nice side effect of making you stand out as one who thinks deeply before talking, it is a charming quality to most people, esp. intelligent people. One of the most intelligent people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting had very long lag before he spoke, and he always spoke coherently.Also, whenever you feel the urge to blabber something out, think about how it will sound, and which people are going to hear it.
I suggest making a point to articulate your words, to speak fast but not too fast and speak clearly. Also be short and to the point in your speech. You would be amazed at how these little things can change your speech.

I’d think she was me in four years. =] Yeah I’m struggling to be okay with myself since i am so different than those around me. There’s nothing wrong with behaving that way and being soft spoken. I think the world needs more people like you and I.
It means to speak calmly, gently and not too much.A soft-spoken entrepreneur is probably selling something.
Soft spoken means .. to speak in a quiet voice.. that you really have to listen hard to hear it.. a gentle voice I guess can be louder.. but it’s a calm voice.. a soothing voice.. a voice that makes you feel good to listen to… a kind voice..a gentle voice can be a confident voice.. a soft spoken voice. is probably a nice person who speaks with a soft spoken voice but it might be a sign of insecurity to speak in public.. but I hate loud voice and hysterical loud laughter.. I prefer a gentle voice

U need to speak up I mean even if u think ur screaming ur not you just have a natural soft voice. Just talk louder and let people see and hear what a great person u r.
I would try practicing at home first. You may not no it, but your voice may be soft becasue your shy. Talk with inanimate objects at first. Try adding a little more attitude in your voice, add emphasis. This will make you voice more noticable.Once you’ve got it down with no one, try talking to family. They don’t care how you sound. Also, laugh a lot. laughing actually helps make your voice less soft, because when we laugh, we use our vocal cords, and our diaphram, a lot more then normal, and it actually gets our body used to that type of action. But don’t fake laugh. Rent a few really funny comedies or something. (I’d suggest Dodgeball and the Scary Movie series) Soon enough, your voice should get louder.Hope this helps.
If the problem is Mechanical then practice Breathing – Breath in before a sentence. Read aloud and practice. If it is Psychological then learn to assert. Being soft spoken can also mean being quiet until there is a time to speak up. But both can be learned in time through practice and maturity.

They don’t like attention and they are only open to those closest to them.

Love is an interesting term. If one is walking in the spirit then no amount of out side influence will cause one to very from God’s path. Since we are to love one another a christian should always have love for others even when they try to do him or her harm. True love comes from God alone and only God will put it on a persons heart to get into a relationship with another. This only works for a born again Christian I have no idea how it works for others.
