Cut out little tiny hearts or something from colored paper or bits of plastic and then put the clear nail polish over them. Or go through your jewelry box and find all your old single earrings (or ask your mom or your sister for theirs) and pick out any stones or little charms and stick those into the wet polish or onto your nails and polish over them.
