How to swing through and release the club?
I've played about 8 times this season and overall have been playing pretty well for my standards. However, yesterday, Release Jolee I played one of the worst rounds of my life and got really discouraged. Does anyone have any hints, tips, or drills that may help me swing through the ball (not at it) and release the club (a term I've been hearing a lot lately)? Also, tips on staying down on the ball would be helpful. Thanks.

Don’t know about a book, but maybe you could call the local media and ask someone to advise you.
Its up to the distributor.
I wouldn’t recommend what you’re suggesting without consulting an attorney.
Yes , get one that has insurance, the painter can sue you even if he signs a release, and gets hurt ON your property.
They are required by law to give you your medical records if you have ID and the fee to copy them.~
It’s pretty simple. Yes, living things need some type of energy for their chemical reations to take place. Once the reaction is over, the excess energy is released (usually outside of the body).
Yes, because of the “right of publicity.”Specific rights of publicity and privacy vary by locality, but for a billboard, they would be required by all.
a powder might work best with less mess. Cornstarch is readily available, natural, and healthy. Baby powder would work as well.
The main thing is to find your natural release point. Go out and play catch like you normally do, but forget about arm angle, rotation, or any of that other stuff; throw without thinking about it. After practicing this for a while, you should find a comfortable and repetitive motion that your body is naturally accustomed to. Stick with it, don’t lose it. I made the mistake of trying to switch from three-quarters to overhand, but I threw everything too wild, and I had to train back into three-quarters. Natural is better.Once you have that down, you should work on your throwing mechanics: Stepping towards your target, lining up your shoulders, body posture, etc. You can ask your coach for the details if you aren’t sure what they are, or you can look at some internet articles. Then of course comes the most essential part: practice. You’ve probably been lectured a hundred times about it, so I’ll spare you the time. The main thing is you stay consistent and accurate with your throwing, and then you can start to work on power with drills like long toss and weight training.Good luck.
