Who won in the Boy Scouts of America v. Dale at the Supreme Court Level?
No description please, just who won? I'm trying to sift my way through these briefs and I don't understand the dense language... Thanks!

The Boy Scouts Of America are a very intolerant organization. Not one single one of the last twelve presidents attended the Jamboree. Yet, amazingly, FAUX NEWS is reporting they did, and the sheeple are swallowing the lie, just like they always do… hook, line and sinker.
Hello xoxoYou need to clarify your request; are you speaking about the organizational structure of the volunteer units, or the paid professional staff?
The editorial you read was wrong. Obama did indeed sign the Eagle Scout Certificates. He signed. The rest of your question is moot. (check snopes.com — Eagle Scout Certificates) You owe the president an apology and you owe it to yourself to become more informed before you post questions like this in the future. It’s not surprising, but a little disturbing that so many answered this question in ignorance instead of simply looking for the truth. Another myth: That Boy Scouts booed Obama…apparently they only booed the fact that he was not there in person (which as explained above, is normal)…this, of course, gives the situtation the exact opposite meaning that was conveyed by the right wing media.
In 1909, Chicago publisher W. D. Boyce was visiting London, England where he learned of the Scouting movement. Upon his return to the US, Boyce incorporated the Boy Scouts of America on February 8, 1910. The YMCA became interested in the nascent BSA program and provided support. The first managing secretary was John M. Alexander, succeeded by Edgar M. Robinson, both from the YMCA. James E. West took over as managing secretary and later as Chief Scout Executive, beginning a long relationship with the BSA.Scouting began in 1907 when R.S.S. Baden-Powell, Lieutenant General in the British Army, held the first Scouting encampment at Brownsea Island, England. But you asked for Boy Scouts of America.
Aside from the commitment to Leave No Trace, the BSA has a long tradition of environmental education. All Eagle Scouts must earn the Environmental Science Merit Badge. Additionally, scouts may choose to earn merit badges in fields such as Soil & Water Conservation, Forestry, Nature, Reptile & Amphibian Study, and Bird Study. Each of these badges address the environment and how ecosystems affect the various subject matter in question.Camping, Backpacking, Fishing, and a slew of other badges also address impact as a topic in the requirements to complete those badges. The BSA offers the Hornaday Award which is a very difficult award to earn. Scouts who wish to earn this award must complete a series of conservation projects and it usually involves working with government agencies or NGOs that have an environmental focus. There are ongoing projects at the Philmont Scout Ranch dealing with reforestation of Philmont property and the surrounding National Forest and state property in Colfax County, NM and Philmont has been an key partner in New Mexico state’s attempt to reintroduce Cutthroat Trout into the rivers of the northeastern NM Sange De Christo mountains. Indirectly, the BSA’s outdoor and environmental education programs have influenced countless numbers of young men and women who have chosen a career in ecology, forestry, or other environmental fields. I myself work in the Outdoor Recreation field, but spend a lot of my time educating people about biodiversity and ecostsyems. One scout friend of mine now works for the EPA, an other works with a conservation association in Alaska, several are science or environmental studies teachers or professors, several more are foresters, and a few are Rangers, Game Wardens, etc. Also, countless service hours have been given by BSA members in efforts to do everything from roadside clean-ups, to recycling projects, tree plantings, and park construction. While organizations and government agencies are usually credited for making legal impact on environmental policies and practices, a good bet is that the people steering those agencies and organizations were at one time scouts, and would attribute at least a part of their drive to the environmental and conservation education they were exposed to in scouting.
