   Apparently it’s because Topps has exclusive sticker/trading card rights for the England team so no one else can use the official crest.

   Sounds good to me.It has to do with something he likes and it gives you the chance to share in his hobby, guys like it when their girlfriends show an interest in their hobbies…good job sounds like you don’t need our help.

   I have a lot of ideas you could try on PaperCraftCentral.com Choose from handmade greeting card ideas, scrapbook page ideas and ways to actually make your own scrapbooks, Artist Trading Card ideas (ATCs) and 3d paper craft ideas. I love paper crafting myself and have given instructions for making all kinds of things from the type of supplies you just mentioned There’s even information about how to recycle things form around the house into gifts and cards. Try this page to start with:http://www.papercraftcentral.com/recyclable-products.htmlHere’s an idea to start you off:1. Paint a page with a light colour so that it is completely covered2. Cut strips of different papers and make a border. Set the border in a bit from the edge of your page so you can still see some of the painted background all around it.3. Find some photos you like, or cut pictures form magazines that will suit your page4. Write about the picture you created, on the page itself.You can start an Art Journal like this (you can find an art journal at most craft stores or dollar stores) and just create things in it that take your fancy. Create pages about what you are doing, what you are thinking, how you feel, an event you are looking forward to – whatever you like. If you paint the backgrounds different colours and mix up the borders, choosing strips of paper from all kinds of sources, you will have a book that ‘goes’ together but every page is different….Play and experiment with your supplies. I am sure you will have fun!

   I think that is a great idea. I’m 23 and not a skater. But that sounds like something from the heart and very thoughtful.

   I agree with the previous answers…putting any kind of adhesive on a genuine Les Paul would really be a shame. There is a guitar decal company I bought from before which sold static cling guitar decals and I don’t think they damage the guitar’s finish (and of course, they’re removable). You could even submit your own design to them and they would cut it out for you. Unfortunately I don’t remember what the address of it was but maybe you can do a search on a search engine for them.

    Sure,google “turn images into stickers” and you’ll come across dozens of websites that do just that, such as http://www.zazzle.com/cr/design/pt-sticker, all you have to do is upload the image and they make it for you.As for a wallpaper, you could bring the pics to any local printer and they’ll turn it into one for you, or just do the same as the stickers and google some sites.Or just text KGB xD

    Here is the Wisconsin Statute: 341.15(1m)(a) (a) Except as provided in par. (b), any registration decal or tag issued by the department shall be placed on the rear registration plate of the vehicle in the manner directed by the department.The “manner directed by the department” is printed on the envelope the sticker comes in. It shows the month sticker in the bottom right, and they year sticker in the bottom left. The exception provided in sub (b) has to do with semi trucks, because they have trailers, they are only issued one plate, and it is attached to the front. The reason for this law is so the officer can quickly identify when your plate expires, and not look over a “rainbow” of stickers to find the current year.

    Tread carefully, my friend. First, a minor who turns 18 will have his juvenile record automatically sealed. Most colleges, however, will still want to know about any previous arrests. Your best bet, as the victim, is to accuse him of Battery. Battery is defined as “intentionally touching or striking another person against the will of the other.”If you have a good-faith based reason for bringing this complaint, then by all means do so. It sounds like he fits the crime.However – and this is a big one – if you file a police report and then later admit that you knew full well you weren’t going to follow through with it, then YOU could be accused of Providing False Information to Police and/or Filing a False Police Report. Here is my advice to you: Speak to the Principal. Inform him of the situation. Ask the Principal to contact the police for you. There is a chance the police will speak to the kid and essentially scare the sh** out of him. If the police know ahead of time what is going on, they will more than likely cooperate. But if you give a statement under oath, it may come back to haunt you if they can prove you lied and/or brought the complaint in bad faith.There are ways of working this out without arresting the kid. Go to school authorities first.

    Let the base coat dry only until it’s tacky (so work fast). Then put several layers of top coat on, letting them dry between each layer. It should stay for a while, until the top coats chip off. If you put on a fresh layer of top coat every day, it will last longer.

    Interestingly enough, I recently read about a study done that shows that people with bumper stickers all over their cars tend to have much more/worse road-rage than those without them, and that the severity of the road rage is equal to the NUMBER of the stickers, not the message.The study shows that someone with 3 “Save the whales” stickers are more likely to have road rage than someone with 1 “Honk if you’ve never seen a gun fired from a moving vehicle” sticker.The theory goes that people that put stickers all over their cars are “marking” their cars much the same way that animals and birds mark their territory. They then feel themselves to have more “right” to the road, being an extension of their car. This being said, it’s understandable that liberals would have more stickers than conservatives. Conservatives are interested in educating themselves, learning about the problems, and finding solutions. I often say “An educated liberal is called a conservative.”Liberals on the other hand refuse to educate themselves. They are unaware as to what’s really happening worldwide, vote on their politicians based on looks, race, or popularity, and will be the first to find an excuse not to work so they can have a protest somewhere, even if they don’t know what they’re protesting.Interestingly, all of these liberal traits reflect the lower developed creatures that we all come from. Similar choice to remain ignorant, while screaming about anything they don’t understand can be seen among many primate species, such as gorillas, chimps, and the howler monkeys. Even these creatures will gather in seeming “protest” groups carrying sticks and making loud noises. Other gorillas that have been educated (such as Koko) can be seen to instead remain calm, quiet, read, and have intelligent conversation.All of this being said brings us back to the bumper stickers. Ignorance is not bliss. Ignorance begets anger. Anger and road rage go hand-in-hand. Road rage studies have shown ragers to have a preponderance towards the use of bumper stickers, thus the final, and obvious conclusion is that liberals would be more apt to use large numbers of bumper stickers.Edit: “Tune up and down the AM dial, and there is nothing but right wing bullying and hate speech on the air waves.”I find it interesting that Liberals are so upset about people speaking about the facts that they have to label it “Hate Speech” and “Bullying” yet conservatives have yet to complain about the liberals owning the FM band, Television, Hollywood, newspapers, etc. etc. etc. and spouting their *extreme* “Conservative Hate” every day. God forbid a conservative find an outlet to speak from, such as the AM Radio.
