I cannot tell you how happy I am with my Mello Smello. Man, this thing is getting better and better as I learn more about it.
Mello Roos - How can I get rid of them after I purchase a home?
We are planning to buy a new home that comes with MELLO ROOS, I know this is not tax deductible so in a way is money we not getting back, but we do get it back in the way of local development and what not.. We not rich or anything, so this Mello Roos is going to be taking Mello Smello a huge chunck out of our montly payments or however often we have to pay it..From what I understand, we will continue to pay Mello Roos the whole time for 30 years, but why is it that other houses in the area that are for sale, and are only 1 to 5 years old no longer come with Mello Roos?? How can we get rid of the Mello Roos?This TAX/Mello Roos is about 1% of the initial purchase price of the home, so we looking at around $575 to $600 extra a month added to our morgage. There is someone selling the same model/home in the same area without Mello Roos, how can he be doing that? If can not get rid of this tax, then how others have been able to?

make a tropical punch..add malibu rum some sort of mixed fruit juice you like and then add the mellow yellow instead of sprite and it will taste really good!! experimenting is the best way to find new things!!

In manga nr. 7, Mello yells at the guy at the orphanage, so I guess that would be episode 7, or OVA 7.Ps. Send me a note whenyou uplad it, I’m Rakash0500, another psychotic Mello-fan;p
They only appear after episode 25, and they’re kind of main characters at that point, so you’ll see both near and mello in most episodes (with the exception of matt, he only appears like 2 or 3 times in the whole anime)
I’ll describe it, but I can’t find the screenshot. But it’s pretty much made in the typical rosary style–a Y shape necklace–with white and red. Basically it’s four white beads, then a red one. The same pattern over and over like that. ^^
